Please inspect your items on arrival as client satisfaction is our first priority at SusieMak Candles. If you receive a product with a fault not caused by you or the goods are different from those you ordered, we will consider an exchange or refund on the provision the candles are unused and in their original packaging. If your product is chipped or cracked upon receipt, please take photos of the item and contact us immediately.
Returns process

Please include the following information:
1. Order number (check order confirmation email)
2. Your name
3. Postal address
4. Description of product and the reason why you are returning it
5. State refund or exchange (for exchange - provide full description of new product).
